How to measure: Fret high and low E strings at last fret, measure between the bottom of the fretted string and top of the pole piece, and refer to this chart:

*Pickup adjustment is a very approximate adjustment. Fine tuning of pickup height adjustment should be done to get the particular balance of sound or picking comfort you personally prefer.
