Shipping times:

Orders of in-stock items will be fulfilled within 5 business days. We will contact you regarding out-of-stock items, or other shipping delays, within 5 business days.

Orders will ship via USPS. Shipping times may vary, but will generally be less than 5 business days to continental U.S. addresses. Shipping to U.S. states and territories outside of the continental U.S. may take up to 14 days. International shipping may take 30 or more days.*

*Please note that shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, not when the order is placed. Also, please understand that we cannot be responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect addresses or information provided to us, delays due to shipping provider issues, or delays due to international customs issues.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses:

All purchases on our website go through PayPal. You can manually enter your shipping info and pay by credit card. You can also sign in with your PayPal account - when doing so, be sure to double check the shipping address PayPal has on file. We aren’t responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.

Returns:

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and will gladly accept returns of undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact rach@andersonguitarworks.com to get your return started.
