Seeking Depth: What's New for 2020?

There is no greater gift you can give than to seek the real depth of life. It is the quest for meaning; as we live from it we naturally share it with everyone we meet—and the world is lifted and transformed by one seemingly simple act at a time.

It also leads you to surround yourself with quality—a few quality items that can enrich your life with their essence.

Scrolling down into the depths of these Anderson Guitars, we shared at The NAMM Show, should be an enjoyable journey that will provide you with intimate and concise insight into the depth and quality that is Anderson Guitarworks.

Here now is the quick, “What’s New,” from the show before you began your fun and deeper dive.

New for early 2020 is:

Now available with our J-Trem bridge

Raven:

Now available with our J-Trem bridge—in addition to our other already-excellent bridge options.

Shown here on Raven Classic, finished in Translucent Dirty White, our J-Trem-style tremolo bridge boasts a super-smooth fluidity of motion and excellent in-tune manners.

So, if you have been seeking this style of bridge for your Raven, now is your time.  You will be profoundly pleased with this bridge’s elevated Anderson performance attributes.

And if that is not enough to have you playing effortlessly and in-tune all night long, check out the trio of new MC-series mini-humbucker pickups—with gold face option. Sonically giant single coil / mini-humbuck tones—and beyond—while offering another touch of visual class.

Precisely placed 5-Way control for a 3 pickup layout

Li’l Angel is our short scale, 24 fret, Angel guitar

Raven:

Now with precisely placed 5-Way control for a 3 pickup layout.

Dangle away!

Offset body designs have trouble with the tremolo bar swinging (dangling) over the top of a traditionally placed 5-Way and blocking fast access to switching control on stage and in the studio. But Raven’s precise placement of it’s new 5-Way for a 3 pickup layout remedies all of this with controls that are down and away from the “dangle” of the tremolo bar and able to be accessed easily at all times.

Yay for ease of playability!

Shown here on a Raven Classic, finished in our new Black with Red Dog Hair color scheme.

Li’l Angel:

Angel and Angel Player models now available with shorter, 24 3/4-inch, scale length.

So, you can call it Little Angel or you can call it Angel shorty. Either way, Li’l Angel is our short scale, 24 fret, Angel guitar.  If you have ever wished for an Angel with a shorter 24 3/4-inch scale length, now is the time for rejoicing, Li’l Angel has arrived!

And is available as these models:

• Li’l Angel (24 3/4-inch Angel)

• Li’l Angel Player (24 3/4-inch Angel Player)

But there is also another new model of Li’l Angel known as:

Arc Angel:

What is an Arc Angel?

Well very simply, Arc Angel is a Li’l Angel with a certain set of special attributes. And they are as follows.

Arc Angel:

• 24 3/4-inch scale length (shorty)

• Mahogany body back

• Mahogany neck back

This grants midrange muscle and focus to the Angel line in a way nothing else can. So if you want an aggressive 24 fret midrange monster your choice is now clearly Arc Angel

This one shown in Satin Super Natural Black Burst finish.

Yes, depth is all around you, dive in.
