As promised in a previous Guitar Tales, you are now seeing another version of our WakeSurf style color application. Adorning this gorgeous Angel is now Gamma Green WakeSurf.
Walk up with your green Angel strapped on, plug into your favorite amp and the gamma envy begins as you glide across 24 frets of the best playing neck you have ever laid hands on, slide up to 5 fret bends and crush the most in-tune chords ever. It is all a part of that super-satisfying Anderson experience. Some might even call it an angelic guitar encounter—well, some might.
It is a very intensive, hand rubbed application that enables us to create these dramatic WakeSurf finishes. Very special.
The WakeSurf style finish is denoted by the deeper colored horns and the fan of lighter color spreading out from the bridge—like the churning, aerated water behind a powerful boat towing a wake surf rider. You get the idea.
