And no worries at all. You don’t even need to watch your step. They’re super friendly, accepting and happy to come out and play…music.
The SxH pickup layout was one popularized in the 80’s when the humbucker became the main sonic emphasis of an S-style guitar.
There were those who still wanted to have some semblance of single coil capabilities to blend and contrast with humbucking dominance while leaving the middle area of the guitar open for picking and also for those players that were just not accustomed and comfortable with a 3 pickup guitar layout.
Enter Cobra S, with its increased menu of options, you can now appoint yours in more ways than ever before. This one specifically specced with the afore mentioned pickup layout.
And because this is Cobra S, its intrinsic nature is its Short, 24 3/4-inch scale length in concert with its all-Mahogany (or Okoume) superstructure, guaranteeing massive muscular focus and midrange that are ready, willing and able to jam with you. It is this trait that defines a guitar from our Cobra family. And being an Anderson creation it, of course, plays like…Butter.
