Funny that we haven’t already mentioned mingling when referring to Mongrel because the whole essence of a Mongrel is…mingling.
Yes, Mongrel is the unmitigated intermingling of both S & T attributes into one superb and cohesive whole—creating a new and different kind of familiar electric guitar—manifesting a beautiful new breed known as…Mongrel.
Mongrel’s foundation is set upon a T-shape body, topped with an S-style Pickguard.
Usually seen sculpted with comfy S Body Contours and setup with a Vintage Tremolo Bridge or six saddle Fixed Bridge, we now uncover a Mongrel that has commingled even further and farther afield.
This particular “puppy” is the first to appear with a Chopped 3 Saddle bridge. The 3 larger saddles call it towards a traditional T layout while its “chopped” aspect (the surround around the pickup chopped off), allows it to nestle nicely into the cutout of an S-style pickguard. More Mongrel mingling at its finest to produce the highest level of performance from a uniquely familiar instrument that, of course, intonates wonderfully well.
And…we are also very delighted to show you White with Black Satin Organic Grain as it accentuates the Swamp Ash surfaces of this profound Mongrel.
