Just One Look
/Come on, sing it with us:
Just one look
And Jon fell so hard…ah…ard
In Love
With Raven
Oh, oh
He found out
How good it feels…e…eels
To play
His Raven
Oh, oh
Say you will
Will be mine…I…ine
Forever
To play
Just one strum
And he knew…oou…oou
That Raven
Was the only way.
He thought he was dreaming
But he was wrong
But he’s going to keep on playing
’Til his neighbor’s come knockin’…knockin’…at his door
Just One Look
That’s All It Took
Yeah
Just One Strum
That’s all it took
For Jon to know…Raven.
Hope you enjoyed the sing along fun.
Okay, so it did go something like this, in reality.
Jon walked into Danville Music and took one look at this Raven—intriguing. Black over Firemist Gold, In-Distress Level 3, Double Decker finish with In-Distress Gold Hardware.
Then he picked it up and knew in a moment that this Raven had to go home with him.
According to they guys at Danville Music, Jon had never played an Anderson Guitar before. One play and one instant later, and he completely and thoroughly fell in love.
He said, “If I had specced this guitar myself, this is exactly what I would have wanted. This is the best guitar I have ever played in my life.”
And Jon knows stuff.
He is a session player who also teaches at the School of Rock in Berkley, CA.
He clarified further, “I am also a music producer and try to do everything myself, which is why I wanted a guitar that can cover a wide range of tonal varieties. This Anderson guitar is an absolute workhorse, it does everything well while still sounding unique, and it is incredibly resonant.”
Shall we let Jon and his Raven speak for themselves?
And another video for good measure.
Editor’s Note: This Raven is a right-handed guitar. The videos have been flipped for…fun…which makes it look as though Jon is playing lefty.
